Return Policy

A Buyer may return an item purchased through DirtyPilotAuctions.com, if the item received is substantially different from its listing, or is found to be inauthentic.. In order to receive a refund, the Buyer MUST notify DirtyPilotAuctions.com of his or her intention to return the item as "not as described" within seven (7) days of receipt. Additionally, the Buyer must notify DirtyPilotAuctions.com within thirty (30) days if the item has been found inauthentic. Right of return applies only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.

SHIPPING

Winning bidder pays all shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

All Shipments must be fully insured and trackable at buyer's expense.

Todd James (a.k.a. REAS) is an internationally recognized artist who began his career as a child in the New York City subway system. He is a co-creator of the seminal Street Market exhibition at Deitch Projects in New York, which was selected for the Venice Biennale in 2001. James' work has also been shown at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Philadelphia, the Tate Museum in Liverpool, the Parco gallery in Tokyo, the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, Collette in Paris, Lopez galleria in Madrid, Lazarides gallery in London, Todd James is represented by Gering Lopez Gallery in New York City and V1 Gallery in Copenhagen.Todd James lives and works in New York City.
